EFG Elektrik Enerji A.Ş. Our most important capital is our employees. As the Human Resources Unit, we are aware of the value that working with our teammates who are experienced in their fields, open to development and aware of their responsibilities adds to our institution.
As the Human Resources Unit, we determine our teammates in line with our company vision, mission and goals. Our duty as a unit is; Our aim is to bring in new teammates who are eager to receive training, open to development, experts in their fields, and who want to benefit from the experiences of our existing employees. Valuing people first forms the basis of our HR Policy. For EFG Elektrik, investing in human education, therefore investing in people, is equivalent to investing in the future. Job applications and interviews are made in writing and in practice, and the recruitment process is completed in line with the opinions of managerial personnel and our employees who are experts in their fields.
As soon as our employees start working, they are given in-company orientation, legal rights and responsibilities of employees, information about labor legislation, and Occupational Health and Safety training by our expert staff.
Upon the request of our employees, the training they want to receive from outside the institution during the year is notified to the relevant department and these trainings are organized by our Human Resources department. Self-improvement of our staff in their field is the most important goal of our human resources policy. With the opportunities we provide to all our employees, we aim to ensure that our company’s personnel work in a peaceful and happy environment.
Internship applications of students of Industrial and Technical Vocational High Schools, Vocational Schools, and Engineering Faculties are evaluated by our Human Resources unit. Accepted interns are not only informed theoretically by our expert trainers in their field, but also contribute to the training process with the opportunity of practical learning in the field.
