The Modular Switchgear produced by EFG Elektrik has a metal compartment (PI) structure, LSC2A service continuity loss category and AFL internal arc classification. In these cubicles, the busbar outputs are air insulated, but electrical separation and cutting operations are carried out in SF6 gas or vacuum environment. With its EFG brand Vacuum Breaker, SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker, SF6 Gas Load Breaker and pressure relief system, it can provide maximum user and system safety with a maximum safety operation at a minimum level.
